When managing a project with more than 150 users, 30 groups, 300 folders.
When the project is growing adding more people and groups the access handling becomes time consuming and difficult.
You have to open the access window on all folders to see/set Read or Write access for the new group.
The excel sheet which can be exported is a good control to see if the access rights are correct, but there is no indication if the folder inherits the access from the parent above.
Make a matrix, in a new window, with Groups/Folders. There shall be a roll down curtain with the choices NoAccess/Read/Write preferably with different colours Green/Yellow/Red in the crossings. The folders that inherit access shall not be accessible/dimmed.
If this is implemented it is much easier to manage the access control and also possible for more than one person to do it.
This can also be used for people/groups. Then the choice is member Yes/No, Green/Red.

Going through and updating status of closed ideas according to our new way of working. New process works as follows:
1. When you post a new idea that we consider valid, we will label it 'Open to vote for', so that it can be shared with other users and start gathering votes
2. Ideas that are support-related, already exist in some manner or non-implemented ideas that are older than a year and that have not gathered enough votes will be Archived.
3. We keep some older ideas that we think are in line with something we are planning otherwise or that have gathered enough votes.
4. If there are duplication of ideas, we may archive one of them and keep another which can continue to gather votes.
5. Ideas that we are planning to implement will be moved into the category 'Accepted'
