If a card is overdue the person who have access to workload (e.g. team leader) should be able to switch into the specific project and card to see if there is a reason for the time exceed. Often there is a comment on the card with that reason.
Therefore it would be great to have a link from the workload directly to the cards.

You can now go directly to cards you have access to, from the workload view. Click on a member. In the detail view, hover over the card and click the "Show card" link in the pop-up.
