Its not possibly to see which cards are deleted from a board. When documents are deleted they are moved to th Projectplace-trashcan. It would be helpfull to trace missing cards.
We recommend that you connect cards to a an activity in the plan. When that activity is set to completed the cards on the board gets hidden. To find the cards again you can go...

since some time ago, cards deleted from a board now end up in the recycle bin, instead of being instantly and permanently deleted.
