Hi Helena,

Thanks for your feedback. It's nice to have traceablility and to be able to improve the graphics of the history. I look forward to following the voting on this.

Hi Helena,

And all other voters. Just wanted to tip you on how you can get a log of all the history in the project via the red flag function:

Best regards,
Karolina

Yes, I use the red flags as well as the daily reports, but that doesn't give me what I am asking for. Since the flags are reset at an interval decided by me, I cannot use them to go back in time and see all reviews of doc's I performed last week for instance. If I commented/revised a document since last flag I can see it, but it's not the full history which I'd like!

Hi,

In "personal settings" under the heading "red flags", you can set the time period for the red flags. If you look at the start of the film, you can see me set it to 200 days.

Best regards,
Karolina

I get your point. But then I would miss the use of having the flag's as a notice to what's been going on since last day or so... .-) Plus I'd see everything everyone has done in documents for instance, not what I have done, specifically. Right?!
One of my project members get hundreds of rview requests in a month, and for him, having the chance to get a picture of all reviews he's gotten, and all rviews he's performed in an easy go would help a lot.

True true,

I would recommend doing it just temporarily while checking the history...and then changing back to the standard setting of 7 days. And yes, you would see everything that has happened in the project not just what you have done.

I like your idea though, there should be an easier way to do this.

Best regards,
Karolina
