Hi Leder,

Thanks for your feedback. Can you view .pdf documents from other websites? Can you see any other document type? We have had no indication that this is a general problem for our users since the release and I can view .pdf documents in my projects without problem.

Hi,

Viewing pdf documents is not the problem. The problem is that only a few of the published documents are shown and possible to view from the public area. All documents within the project is shown ok; only the published ones from the project to the web site is the problem.

Windows Internet Explorer is used, but the problem arised with the new projectplace version; it was ok with scrolling before the new version came on.

Hi,

In the top address field in Internet Explorer.
To the right in the address field there is an icon that looks like a document sawn in half by your favourite magician.
Hover your mouse over it and it will say something like "compatibility mode, click on this to fix things that are not working like scroll bars".
Click on it.

Hey presto (I hope) it should be working.
