My project-coördinator would like to see in an overview (like the Gantt graph) how the fulfilment of tasks results in the accomplishment of certain milestones. So rather than seeing the milestones separately in a line above the Gantt graph, we'd like to see them incorporated into the chart.
Best regards,
Michiel Bouma

Hi Michiel,
Thanks for your feedback. I think maybe you are thinking about the tollgates (green diamonds?) The milestones (black diamonds) are shown in the gantt chart together with the tasks.
Best regards,
Karolina
Hi Karolina,
Thanks for responding so quickly. I haven't used tollgates, only tasks and milestones. By clicking "Start" on the Gantt chart, one orders the tasks by date, but not the milestones along with the tasks; they appear in the top of the chart, separate from the tasks. In short: I'd like to see both milestones and tasks in order of occurrance (date) in one Gantt chart.
Maybe I should delete my milestones and make them tollgates?
Kind regards,
Michiel Bouma
Dear all,
At the moment we are not focusing development efforts into Tasks as this is a legacy planning product that will be replaced by the new planning tools of Timeline, Activities and Boards.
This means that we will not introduce any new functionality into Tasks.
Best regards,
Karolina
