There is a bug in the project menu which has been reported to Projectplace, but nothing has happened, so I thought I publish it here. Maybe the attention might force a fix of this bug.
The project menu (on the left hand side) shows which project is selected by showing it a lighter shade of gray, and the blue bar on the left. However, after you've been in Time Reporting, this stopps working and you can no longer see in the menu which project is selected. This is a big problem if you have a lot of projects.
Hi Tobias
Thanks for your input, I have managed to recreate this in all of our supported browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Powertab). I will re-log this with our development and maintenance team immediately. If you are frequently using the time reporting tool then the best workaround I can suggest at present is to do your time reporting prior to other activity, then logout and login again for other functionality.
How is it that a (confirmed) bug has low priority? I can understand that this bug, compared to other bugs, have a low priority, but if I have understood your status codes correct there are changes that have higher priority.
Hi Tobias,
The "low priority" is only against other bugs.
This particular bug is scheduled to be fixed and released with the next release. Hopefully nothing dramatic will happen to change that priority.
All the best,
Karolina
If I'm not mistaken, at least one new version has been released since your comment, but this bug still remains. What's up with this?
