In my project the Contacts tool is disabled.
When someone wants to send a file for review, Contacts is shown in the drop-down menu when you select reviewers.
If you send the review to an E-mail address this address gets automatically added to the contacts list.
This is a problem from multiple aspects:
1 - The tool is disabled, it should not show up in other tools
2 - Users who don't have permission to the tool (it is disabled) are effectively adding contacts, which shows a gap in the authorisation model
3 - To remove these useless contacts which are only an e-mail address, I have to activate the tool, then open it and remove the contacts, and then re-inactivate the tool.

Or have the choice of selecting adresses from my outlook contacts.

Hi,
I have all groups except administrators on "No access" for Contacts. However, my users can still see Contacts and add contacts from the Review tool. Maybe I wasn't clear about this in my original post.
